Lilly Bear Studio Props & Backdrops backdrops and floor drops are all copyrights. Legal action will be taken if any of these are duplicated, created into or used in digital backdrops, reprinted, or copied in any form without written consent from Lilly Bear Studio Props & Backdrops.
All sales are final at time of purchase.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, returns or exchanges.
Each backdrops, floordrop, flokati and wood product is custom made to order based off your custom choice, size and material selection.
We do not accept returns, if an item is received misprinted or damaged our Policy is to replace the item in the same material, size and design
You may exchange your unused Fabric or Poly Backdrop for a different size if you ordered the incorrect size, you will be responsible for postage of returning the original order as well as the postage to reship the new size.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Our policy lasts 7 days from date your order was delivered. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To request a reprint of your Backdrop or Floor, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as photographs of any damage or misprinting. We may ask for several images to compare to our files to determine whether or not your item has printed accurately or not.
Actual printed products may vary slightly from actual stock image.
In use images show the printed product in use, in use images may vary slightly depending on a photographer's particular lighting, editing style & photography technique.
Mat Floors and Neoprene floors are printed on a raw material, small imperfections/markings or small bubbles may be present in the print and are not a flaw.
Items Damages in Transit:
For orders damaged during transit, we require you to provide images to Lillybearstudioprops@gmail.com of the damaged packaging and goods within 7 days of receiving your item.
Items damaged in transit will be reprinted as soon as possible in the same material, design and size originally ordered.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Any missing order that tracking shows delivered to the address provided by customer
If you are approved for any sort of refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All items in Clearance are not eligible for exchange or return. These items are already made in the condition listed, and are sold "as is" with any faults marked in product description.
All products will be shipped to the Shipping Address provided with your order. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to reship your order in the event the Shipping Address provided is incorrect or the order is returned due to invalid shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item eligible for exchange. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion.
